Join Dablon Winery & Tosi’s Restaurant (Stevensville, MI) for a unique & memorable dinner using foraged & found ingredients from Dablon’s estate. The majority of ingredients that will be used for this dinner were hand picked by our winemakers, Chad Hartline & Rudy Shafer & assistant winemaker Jason Porter. Chef Adam Milius & Chef Lori McCrery from Tosi’s Restaurant will be showcasing local ingredients in our spring themed wine dinner. Morel mushrooms, ramps & nettle are just a few of the ingredients that will be integrated into this spectacular five course dinner.
Our winemakers & both chefs will be present to tell their story on how the ingredients were foraged & prepared to pair with each Dablon or Music Box wine. Join us for an evening overlooking the vineyards for this special occasion featuring local ingredients & wine.
