Join Dablon Winery & Copper Rock Steakhouse of Four Winds Casino (New Buffalo, MI) for a unique & memorable dinner using foraged & found ingredients from Dablon’s estate. The majority of ingredients that will be used for this dinner will be hand picked by our winemakers, Chad Hartline & Rudy Shafer & assistant winemaker Jason Porter. Chef Phillip Dwyer & Chef Craig Lewkowitz from Copper Rock Steakhouse will be showcasing local ingredients in our summer themed wine dinner. Chanterelle mushrooms, huckleberry, lamb quarters & nettle are just a few of the ingredients that will be integrated into this spectacular eight course, small bite dinner.
Our winemakers & both chefs will be present to tell their story on how the ingredients were foraged & prepared to pair with each Dablon or Music Box wine. Join us for an evening overlooking the vineyards for this special occasion featuring local ingredients & wine.
