Friday, September 25th - 7-9pm
In astronomy, the word syzygy (which means “yoked together”) refers to the straight-line configuration of the sun, Earth, and moon, as in the total lunar eclipse taking place on the last weekend of September. The practice of yoga, which also means “to unite or yoke together,” aligns the body, mind, and spirit. As summer gives way to autumn, join veteran yoga teacher, Maria Rosner, to celebrate the Fall Equinox in this special outdoor practice overlooking the vineyards. Maria will teach a slow flow class appropriate for all levels. Afterwards, indulge in your choice of a glass of wine or wine flight (6 samples).
