Tasting Notes:  Attractive scents of strawberry, rhubarb, baking spice and rose petals intertwine with flavors of raspberry, dried earth, a subtle hint of coriander and lively acidity on the dry finish. 

Pairing Suggestions:  Camembert or Gruyere cheese, mushroom risotto, salmon, roasted chicken or pork loin.

Vintage Year: A long growing season with warm temperatures, normal rainfall and milder winter temperatures.

Winemaking Methods: Handpicked grapes, 100% stainless steel fermentation, malolactic fermentation, oak aged, fined, cold stabilized and filtered.
