Other than a late Spring frost that caused minimal damage in some areas, the growing season was great. A two-week long warm spell mid-September ripened grapes fast, leading to a cool and dry harvest.
Handpicked grapes, 100% stainless steel fermentation. Malolactic fermentation, barrel aged, fined, cold stabilized and filtered.
