Vintage Year: Other than a late spring frost that caused minimal damage in some areas, the growing season was great. A two-week long warm spell mid-September ripened grapes fast, leading to a cool and dry harvest.
Winemaking Methods: Handpicked grapes, 100% stainless steel fermentation. Malolactic fermentation, oak aged, fined, cold stabilized and filtered.
