Tasting Notes: A lovely bouquet of honeysuckle, orange blossom, lime and a hint of ginger meld with flavors of peach, apricot and honeycomb, complemented by vibrant acidity and a refreshing finish.
Food Pairings: Burrata, mozzarella or feta cheese. Oysters, ceviche, light seafood dishes, spicy or Asian cuisine.
Vintage Year: A long growing season with a hot temperature spike in September ripened the fruit to optimal maturity. A late spring frost caused minimal damage to Riesling in low elevations.
Winemaking Methods: 100% stainless steel fermentation. No malolactic fermentation, fined, cold stabilized and filtered. Retained 5.7% of unfermented juice to use for back blending for residual sugars.
