Vintage Year: Other than a late spring frost that caused minimal damage in some areas, the growing season was great. A two-week long warm spell mid-September ripened grapes fast, leading to a cool and dry harvest.
Winemaking Methods: Handpicked grapes. Chardonnay portion was fermented in stainless steel, Pinot Gris portion was barrel fermented prior to blending. No malolactic fermentation. Fined, cold stabilized and filtered
