Tasting Notes: Lovely pale apricot hue with a note of floral beeswax on the nose. Good viscosity and mid-palette depth. Finishes crisp and dry.
Pairing Suggestions: Light flaky fish dishes, shellfish and oysters, Gruyere and Munster Cheese.
Vintage Year: Other than a late Spring frost that caused minimal damage in some areas, the growing season was great. A two week long warm spell mid-September ripened grapes fast, leading to a cool and dry harvest.
Winemaking Methods: Handpicked grapes, 100% stainless steel fermentation. No malolactic fermentation, fined, cold stabilized and filtered.
