Cold and lingering spring temperatures delayed bud break and bloom by two weeks, along with an otherwise hot summer with plenty of rainfall.
Winemaking Methods:
100% stainless steel fermentation. No malolactic fermentation, fined, cold stabilized and filtered. Retained 7.6% of unfermented juice to use for back blending for residual sugars.
