The concerns regarding COVID-19 are top priority for Dablon and we wanted to reach out to all of you to let you know what’s happening here at the Tasting Room. We are monitoring the daily updates from the State of Michigan and the CDC. As we continue to grow world-class grapes and provide you with world-class wines, we want to report all the things we are doing internally:
Cleaning – We are disinfecting the following hand contact surfaces daily and multiple times per day on weekends: door handles, counters, tables, bathrooms, computer screens, etc. Overnight we are doing complete and thorough disinfecting of all bathroom surfaces on top of all the regular overnight janitorial duties. Basically, we are increasing the frequency and degree of our cleaning throughout the day.
Dablon Staff – All staff are aware of the hand washing etiquette and have been retrained on the ways of thoroughly washing hands, and frequency and timing of washing hands. All of our staff have been told to stay home if they feel sick. Our staff knows that if they come in sick, we will send them home immediately.
Upon re-opening, we will need your help as well, so here are some things for you:
Hand Washing - It seems silly to ask, but hey, it’s the best way to stop the spread of germs, so please use our bathrooms to wash your hands, they are stocked up on soap and paper towels.
Staying Home – If you feel sick, just stay home. Dablon will look forward to hosting you when you feel better.
Social Distancing –We have a lot of space and ask you to be aware of providing space to other customers. As the weather gets better our patio becomes increasingly inviting. If you have concerns about seating, please ask our staff for help.
