We welcome you to our tasting room, where you may sample our award-winning wines at our arcing granite bar, sip a glass by the fire, or gather with friends on our patio for a bottle. Our 2,400 square foot tasting room overlooks our rolling vineyards, and with windows overlooking the production area below, you may even catch a glimpse of our winemakers in action. Our vineyards and wines are modeled after Burgundy & Bordeaux, France, and we are pleased to share our unique varietals such as Malbec, Carmenere and Tannat with you.
Large enough to accommodate groups of up to 12 during business hours, please refer to our group policy to schedule your visit. Reservations are required for groups of 8 or more.
No buses or limos are allowed unless a reservation is made in advance.
Our tasting room is designed for adults to enjoy wine. No one under the age of 21, including small children, will be admitted in the tasting room.
We ask that you please refrain from bringing outside food to our tasting room.
At Dablon Winery, we use Riedel glassware to ensure our guests are experiencing our wine in the best way possible.
Enjoy 5 samples of our small batch, handcrafted wines for $12. With a $12 tasting, you are entitled to $4 off your first bottle purchase that day.
With a $50 wine purchase we will waive one tasting fee.
We encourage our guests to explore our wines through a tasting during their first visit & afterwards, enjoy our wines by the glass or bottle on the patio, on the sofas near the fireplace, or gathered around a table with your friends.
In order to better accommodate you and your guests, we recommend that groups of 8 or more fill our our Group Reserveration Form a month in advance of your visit. Groups are limited to 12 people maximum, and our last group reservation on Saturday is 2pm.
If you fail to arrive at the time of your reservation, your credit card will be charged in full for the number of guests on the reservation. Otherwise, we require a 48 hour cancellation notice if you cannot attend your group reservation.
While we greatly appreciate your interest and support in coming to visit our winery, please note that Saturday is our busiest day of the week. Calling in beforehand helps us to spread out groups but may not always result in a table being ready upon arrival as walk ins are not predictable. Your group may have to wait a few minutes before being comfortably accommodated.
