How does it work?
To reserve your space please visit our "Book Wine Tastings" tab at the top of the page. When you arrive, find an opening at the bar where one of our trained wine consultants will be happy to help you. Tastings must be done at the bar. If you are interested in purchasing bottles or glasses of wine, you may order inside the tasting room or at the outdoor gazebo and enjoy the wine at a table, couch or on the patio. Patio and gazebo seating is strictly reserved for guests that purchase glasses and bottles of wine.
Tasting Tips
Wine should be tasted in order from dry to sweet. We start our tasting with our dry whites, then move into dry reds and end with our sweet wines.
Drink Responsibly
Please be advised we maintain a relaxing and professional environment at Dablon. Please note Dablon reserves the right to refuse service to any guests that appear to be intoxicated or disruptive. You must be 21 or older to be on premises or to consume alcoholic beverages. Dablon also asks that your guests refrain from wearing any phallus accessories. We thank you for your understanding. Also, with Uber being virtually nonexistent in the area, it is important to designate a driver.
Respect Other Guests
We want everyone to have a relaxing, enjoyable visit to the Dablon tasting room. Therefore, we ask that guests refrain from using foul language or speaking in an overly loud or disruptive manner while at our facility.
Stemware
To maximize the wine tasting experience of each guest, all of our wines are served in Riedel stemware that has been specifically designed to enhance the taste and aroma of every wine. Additionally, we sell other glasses stamped with the Dablon logo as souvenirs. As both a legal and safety measure, drinks are not permitted outside of the tasting room or the patio fence.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited both inside the tasting room and on the property.
Vines and Grounds
We understand that the beautiful grounds are tempting to explore. However, we put extremely meticulous work into caring for each vine and protecting them from harm. Having guests walk through this area unattended could cause serious damage to the vineyards. Therefore, guests are prohibited from roaming the grounds and from picking the grapes.
In order to fully enjoy your experience at Dablon winery, please follow our tips above and refrain from the following: using your cell phone at the bar, wearing heavy perfume or yelling across the bar/tasting room. If you have other questions, please feel free to call the Tasting Room.
